3. If you have already paid into the IRS and had money deducted over the year, you will need to file a proper return to get that refund and ALL the rest of the money they try to say you owe. (You can even do this for the past 3 years as well and get ALL your money back). This will take some reading, but many people are doing this. Just go to www.losthorizons.com for explanation and sources for the actual procedure to legally get all your money back through the 1040 form and laws. Then you can keep all the money, and never file another 1040 form again... unless you actually ever have "income" that is legally taxable under the law and Constitution.
You may want to copy your Congressional representatives with the above letter to further expand your efforts to obtain the information and show your good faith efforts to understand the laws. You can also print out the statement of beliefs and "what is income" documents and any other documents you think you want to NOTICE them on, or burn them to a cd disc with your name, address and SSN on it. Be sure to request the IRS to add this material to your Individual Master File (IMF) as further evidence against them.
Your Congressional representatives are legally required to investigate any possible illegal activity they are made aware of, so, in your letter to them, ask them to investigate what you believe to be illegal and unconstitutional activity by the IRS and others, and ask them to research the material you provide. If they do not do so, they can be sued in a group suit under Private Attorney General laws, or Grand Jury investigation, for Racketeering and complicity in illegal activities.
Doing all this provides evidence that you no longer believe that you are required to file 1040 income tax forms until they can provide you with the actual evidence in fact that you are. "Willful failure to file" charges are destroyed when you have evidence that you honestly believe there is no requirement to file, and you have the legal evidence to support such a belief. (Of course, you would ONLY do this when you understand the laws, and truly know and believe that you are not liable and that there is fraud taking place. If you do not believe this, and cannot give an answer if challenged, you are looking to fail in your position).
With that simple letter and educating yourself on the actual tax code, Constitution and case laws on taxation, (VERY IMPORTANT http://www.thematrixhasyou.org/no-tax.html) you will suddenly discover your power to give yourself a "bailout" right out of the scam that government and banks have perpetrated since 1913, and have a defense of actual laws, along with millions of others, your peers, who challenge the corruption and fraud, by withholding their money as we all lawfully have the right and authority to do, and to demand answers, and to bring lawsuits (it isn't nearly as hard as you might think) against these individuals, which is occurring at a greater rate by the day:
