46. Should the United States comply with the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty ( NPT) t o limit the spread of nuclear weapons? If not, why not?

47. Explain the new dynamics of global power, the role of the United States and the European Community in this new world order, and the role of the emerging countries of India, Asia, China, Brazil, including Russia, in this new world order.   What is the role that the energy resources of the Middle East and of Eurasia play in this new world order?  

48. In your opinion what were the main reasons for the creation of Hezbola and Hamas?

49. What is your opinion of the movement called OccupyWallstreet.org?

50. What is your opinion of the "Indignados" movement that started in Spain and that has extended all over the world?

51. As the new president of the United States what would you do about the new economic and political integration (independence) of South America being led by Brazil?   How do you see the political and socio-economic leadership of Venezuela, Bolivia, Ecuador, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay and Peru in this new South American order?

52.   Explain the implication for the United States of applying quality in our international relations with other countries.   What would be the benefits?   Do you believe that peace should supersede prosperity or it is the other way around?

53. Explain the meaning of applying system thinking in our international relations with other countries?   What is the connection of this type of know-how with affecting the national and international competitiveness of countries, including having peace, dignity and prosperity for all?

Explain how you would accomplish the socio-economic integration of the United States with other countries.   What would be the method?   What would be the obstacles?   What type (s) of free trade agreements would better respect the current stages of economic development of other countries?   Is the level of economic and social development of the United States similar to that of other developed and neighboring countries?   How do you know it?   What type of socio-economic indicators would you use to measure the similarities and the differences in economic, power structure, health, education and social development among countries?   Why would this knowledge be important to the foreign policy of the United States? What do you think about the Millennium Development Goals of 2015? Why do you think that achieving these development goals would be a high priority to achieve peace, dignity and prosperity for all nations?

55. Explain which countries in your opinion threaten the political, social and economic development of the United States and why?   What would you do to deal with these countries?   What messages would you give them?   Who would be our allies?

56. Articulate to the American people what lessons have we learned from the September 11 attacks and whether the real motive for the attacks was because the Arab world hate our values and our way of life. If your answer is affirmative, please differentiate whether it is the government or the citizens of these Arab countries that hate us and why.

57. Explain why great part of the world consider the United States to be a terrorist state, in light of what the United States has initiated or supported in Colombia, Nicaragua, Panama, Sudan, and Turkey among other countries.

58. Explain the relationship, if any, between the so called "campaign of hatred" in the Arab world and the foreign policy of the United States in Israel-Palestine and in Iraq where the United States has supported for about 40 years the Israeli occupation of Palestine.

59. Explain the meaning of the words expressed by Yehoshafat Harbaki, former director of the Israeli military intelligence when he stated that "to offer an honorable solution to the Palestinians, respecting their rights to self-determination: this is the solution to the problem of terrorism. When the swamp disappears there will be no more mosquitos."

60. Explain if you believe or not that the United States controls the world by force. In what circumstances the United States should go to war? How can the United States minimize the threat of war to other countries?
