How can this method of neighborhood electric power be less expensive than power from a traditional utility. Because power from this new technology produces electricity right there in the neighborhood, not purchased from another supplier who uses fuel to make their power. This technology is fuel-free and pollution-free, completely green, no carbon residue whatsoever.

There is nothing toxic about this power production system.

"Completely green, no carbon residue whatsoever."

Another huge benefit to this new system is that it increases the value of the residence by thousands, and may double the appreciation of the home as it will be sold as a feature of the property.

"Increases the value of the residence, and sold as a feature of the property."

How is this possible - ZAT technology is a different way of looking at home energy production. Zero-Amp Tech. electricity is not brought to you over huge transmission towers to blight the landscape, and there are no transformers to go out in a winter storm. This is energy is right there, on demand, any time, all the time, but without any of the disadvantages of DSM (demand side energy management). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy_demand_management#Problems_with_DSM

"No huge transmission towers."

We can decommission those towers, dismantle and sell the metal for scrap. But first, hang strings of colored lights on them - celebrate another one down.

Also, there is no issue or problem of energy storage - energy does not need to be stored because Zero-Amp Tech disproves the physics Laws of Thermodynamics which previously claimed new energy could never be created. This system puts milliamps of power in, and takes back out huge amounts in return, even more energy than you need.

Always enough for all, and no meters.
