I want to inform my readers that Paul Harmon received a similar letter from Chelsea S. Rice, after beginning contact via Lloyd Early. Paul has been an attorney for 28 years. His legal career includes time as an assistant county prosecuting attorney in Licking County trying the most serious of crimes ranging from murder and rape to theft.
I have included below a condensed statement of issues that Paul wants to address with Jennifer Brunner and Marc Dann.
Paul wrote:
“In November 2004, Paul Harmon ran for Licking County Domestic Relations Court Judge.
He lost by less than 200 votes. Although a recount is mandatory in such close elections, he was denied a recount. The local board of elections excluded the media and voted unanimously to deny access to elections records. While legal proceedings were pending to contest the election results, the board of elections destroyed crucial evidence at the direction of its chairman. Harmon reported suspected criminal conduct of the board of elections to the Newark Police Department and the Licking County Sheriff. The Newark Law Director, the County Prosecutor, and the Ohio Attorney General blocked criminal investigations into any criminal conduct surrounding the election. The Sheriff and the Ohio Secretary of State refused to acknowledge receipt of Harmon's allegations of criminal conduct, much less investigate them. In the past several months, Harmon has requested that investigations be conducted by the recently elected Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann and Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner. Harmon remains convinced that because of election fraud and recklessness, the results in his race and others were inaccurate.”

At this time having tried to work through the legal system to address the election fraud issues of 2004, and achieving nothing but a pile of paperwork, I have requested that a meeting with both Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner and Attorney General Dann. A panel of election activists, and witnesses to election crimes from Ohio and from around the country has been invited to join me. Documentary filmmakers and journalists, along with several activists that want to be in attendance are on the guest list provided to both the SOS and AG offices. The original request was made on August 8th for a meeting. My requests for the meeting have grown, along with my guest list, while I have waited for it to be scheduled.
The set goals of this meeting are to have each speaker address a very important topic for five minutes. The topics include actual eyewitnesses to rigged recounts in Green, and Coshocton Counties (Cuyahoga’s recount was rigged, and proven in court, with two women sentenced to 18 months in prison). Peter Jones and Tim Kettler are actual eyewitnesses to these rigged recounts. The problems of our Ohio criminals spreading westward in the form of Cuyahoga’s Michael Vu now being in San Diego, will be addresses by Californian Ken Karan. Even Bev Harris of www.blackboxvoting.org and Brad Friedman of the www.bradblog.com will be traveling to Ohio to address election concerns. Many other wonderful speakers are committed to this project, and their topics will be raised. I hope with a keen interest in elections, that Jennifer Brunner will especially appreciate Bev Harris and her years of detailed election knowledge.
