The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.
Article 4 - Section 4 -- Of The Third American Direct Democracy Constitution
According to the Majority Will Of The American People, the Direct Democracy Republic United States Of America shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Direct Democracy and "Republican Union" (as Representative "Advisorship" and Co-operation of Sovereign States) Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against violent Invasion, or illegal, unjust and/or harmful usurpation from other than Direct Democracy forms of governance; and on Application of the State Citizens, State Legislature, or of the State Governor (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against internal-State Violence.
Circumstances could happen that no State authority, except for just a few True Direct Democracy Citizens, can request National Government assistance and then it would be the responsibility of the National Government to intervene and restore stability and Peace.
Circumstances could also happen, that The People would decide, in the Peaceful, legal and established Majority Vote Governance Process, that they preferred, after all, some other form of governance than Direct Democracy. If this occurs, then the Direct Democracy National Governance Of America, has no option other than to recognize the Majority Will Of The People of that State and step down to let the new governance system become the New Reality of that State.
Then the Direct Democracy Governance, of the rest of the Republic of the United States, has to decide whether or not to allow continued Statehood within the American Direct Democracy Republic, of the changing State"should it petition for that privilege.
