The United States Justice Department announced Bank of America agreed to Pay $137.3 Million in Restitution to Federal and State Agencies for the bank's conspiracy to rig bids in the municipal bond derivatives market and as a condition of its admission into the Justice Department's Antitrust Corporate Leniency Program.
