Patriotism Defined, First Amendment Explained.

"Congress shall make no law" is implied to stage two and each of the following stages of patriotism. People can communicate with anyone, any of the answers they find, even those relating to the interpretation of God. People have the right to speak amongst themselves about any information, in any manner they see fit, without repercussion and without notification of sorts.

People can say whatever they want about whatever they want, including, but not limited to religious, spiritual and atheistic interpretations of God and the universe. Everyone has the right to question and reveal answers and interpretations that may or may not be desired or shared. Everyone has the right to exchange information and answers, to communicate about everything with anyone, even differing religious interpretations, without repercussions.

Everyone also has the right to speculate on and question any statement and interpretation about God or otherwise delivered via an institution or individual. People have the right to communicate matters concerning God and also about have the right to speculate and question the communication of others.

The original patriots communicated in order to find answers when The Company monopolized tea. "This is who, what, where, why, when and how." They said.

Individuals have the right to express information to any and all in any form of media and can demand information of any and all publicly. Individuals are allowed to access and distribute any form of media to enable their public statement. Individuals have the right to publicly ask any question to any institution and disclose and distribute any answer, information or the lack of it.

Individuals and institutions have the right to question and report on any other institution or individual, even those who claim to be God's representation on Earth, even the government. Institutions have latched onto the right to speak out and do so with wide platform, often with specific biases. Individuals have the right to distribute information on any situation, in spite of institutions that also distribute information, commercially or otherwise. To speak out, one must be able to openly research and present information on any event, individual or institution, no matter how sacred. Institutions prefer partial truths, patriots seek the whole truth and distribute it openly.
