But even worse, when these youth end up on the street they're met with the harsh truth that no one wants them there either. There are not enough shelters for them to find places to sleep, and cities pass laws criminalizing homelessness and making it so they can't sleep in parks or streets. So, where to go? And I think that no child should ever have to face that question. It's time for America to start paying attention. It's time for us to start caring about these youth. It's time to make sure that no child ever has to end up Lost in America.
