5518. Dave Harpe from Sacramento, CA The Democratic primaries have been questionable in many states, but New York was one of the worst. It really needs to be done over, with safeguards so the same thing won't happen again.
5494. Steve Taylor from Forestville, NY One close friend checked with BOA one month before the NYS democratic primary and was listed as an active democrat. He checked one week before the primary and had no affiliation, and thus did not vote. Another close friend was switched from active democrat to conservative without her consent.

Also scanners accepted 1000s of ballots without reading a vote on them and without warning the voter - unrecorded ballots. See the certified results for this evidence.

Attorney General, I am a Native American from South Dakota, and we know so much about abuses of the governmental processes and of elections. You may not know about Dickie Wilson and his "goon squads," but what happened in your state seems like the same thing on a massive scale, to steal the votes from a quarter million brown and black people: This is beyond merely unacceptable and is becoming a true international disgrace to our whole nation! You already know about Tammany Hall but you should read up on the South Dakota Goon Squads that worked over both the Lakota and the Oglala. We haven't forgotten and so we ask you just for your own enlightened self interest to move this case forward into federal court with your request for a new NY primary. I will pray for your success and future.

I refuse to accept the results of the NY primary. It reeks of rampant voter suppression and election fraud. This is not about any one candidate. This is about one of our most basic rights -- our most important right as American citizens living under the expectations of a fair, equal and just democracy. That is not what we have been witnessing this election cycle. A complete redo of the NYS primary is the only way to fairly and rightly remedy the injustices that clearly took place on April 19, 2016. We the people, demand it.
