The entire Court file B was unlawful sealed.
Figure. Court file B -- Anonymous v State of Israel (3912/17): The entire court file is "sealed" in case management system of the Supreme Court
_____
The files and records in this case reflect the invalidity of the Supreme Court's case management system, which permits the justices to fake court files and court records, falsify filing dates, and unlawfully hide entire court files. Such circumstances reflect the dismantling of competent Offices of the Clerks in the Israeli courts in the early 2000s. The Israeli courts were established under the British Mandate for Palestine (1922-1948), and the Rules of Courts (1936) explicitly charged the Clerks of the Courts with "proper maintenance of registers and records of Courts" (similar to the definition of the duties of the Clerks of the Courts in the US Judiciary Act of 1789). However, the Regulations of the Courts -- Office of the Clerk (2004) replaced the Rules of Courts (1936) and abolished the duties and authorities of the Clerk of the Court relative to safeguard and integrity of court records. Since then, justices of the Supreme Court and judges in the lower courts pervert records and process as a routine.
The unlawful hiding of a court file and court records in this case violates the fundamental Human Right for Fair and Public Hearing. Unlawful hiding of court records and court files is known worldwide for generations as a typical feature of incompetent and/or corrupt courts. Hiding court files facilitates fraud by judges, as seen here.

______
In the Tel-Aviv District Court, Judge Abraham Heiman also continues to impose unlawful sealing on the entire court file.
Figure. State of Israel v Shem-Tov, Leybel and Zer (14280-04-17) in the Tel-Aviv District Court -- the entire court file is unlawfully sealed. The pop-up message says: "The user is not permitted to view instant court file". Such wording fails to state lawful sealing, and no lawful sealing has ever been imposed on the court file.
_____
The Supreme Court's "long" decision, which wasn't served on defense counsel was entered in the Tel-Aviv District Court's file, not as a mandate by the Supreme Court, but as "Request" by "Requester 1" (the prosecution).
