It's too late to be a pessimist. Worldwide, 4 out of 5 children are given an education. Lesotho, one of the poorest nations, is proportionally the one that invests most in its people's education. Qatar, one of the richest nations, has opened some of the best universities. Culture, research, innovation are inexhaustible resources. Actions ARE being taken. Land IS being protected and repaired. Reforestation IS growing in many places. Costa Rica has abandoned its army, putting its resources into the environment and its people.
It's too late to be a pessimist.
