- Prohibit foreign countries from manipulating the value of their currency to gain a trade advantage.
- Cease the practice of allowing access to the U.S. market before the U.S. is given access to foreign markets.
- Amend NAFTA to provide U.S. cattle producers relief from price-depressing live cattle imports.
