A conspiracy theory is one of those strange phenomena: the word is the thing itself. Conspiracy theories are the manifestation of the conspiracy, the conspiracy itself, in operation. They are designed to occupy your mind. That's it. That's the whole thing, there's nothing else to it. Even if it's true.
There's no vaccine yet for this. But you have gifts, unique and wonderful gifts. Where you direct your gaze belongs to you, and is your responsibility. You may have something you will have to kick, like a bad habit. But this is one case where you already have all the power.
