pond collapse, mudslide,
radioactive -
hate grows -
a small grain of sand
becomes a boulder in your heart
You become a soldier
march lockstep
against the Machine
They wage war against Life
You are on Life's Side
You will lose
You will die trying
You have to try

You forget
