(7) This should provide flexible rules and guidelines within which more specific standards will fit.
The reason this should become, is to help Us deliberate Wisely and flexibly regarding the decisions in Life that need to be made. This "Standard of Standards" would help Us to stay somewhat centered and focused in discussions that will effect and be influential for Us all, as We endeavor to become More and Better, as a People and a nation.
