It takes an intrepid soul to step away from the rhetoric. It begins by being willing to be a lone voice, standing up alone and seeing who will stand with you. Or, it takes standing even if no one stands with you. It takes risking accusations of not being patriotic. It risks being called a heretic. Responsible citizens must find their voice for peace and act. It takes demonstrating the true fabric of America. It takes courage. It takes character.
