However, when those serving in Government fail to meet their obligation under the contract by public servants tasked with compelling those in Government that are in breach, within Government, of the terms of the contract it sets up a situation where the entire Government, as a whole, is in breach of contract.
It is not the We the People who are in error here. There is no rebellion in simply exercising a right and power. The people rightfully expect, by contract, that they reside in a nation of laws. When that is no longer the case the power to enforce individuals to the terms of the contract reverts back to the people. The consequence of officials breaking their oath under the contract is not simply resigning from office, as that act is an act of treason. The customary penalty for treason is death by hanging. The reason that the penalty is so severe is that the traitor has broken contract with every citizen of the many states. Treason violates the rights of many human beings and often deprives one or more of those human beings of their lives, as is the case right now!
Those who serve in Government knew the risks and if they did not it is their problem. In contracts "Caveat Emptor" or "buyer beware" is the rule and "Ignorance of the law is no excuse"! Those public servants are responsible for knowing what they got themselves into. They willingly entered into a contract where they knew that the consequences for treason would likely be the cause their death. A military man who agrees to the terms of his contract is fully aware of the consequences and he enters into that contract by his own free will also.
The whole reason we went to Iraq is "we" were afraid of Iraq and their supposed weapons of mass destruction. That does not meet the universally recognized definition of a defensive action regardless if it is called "defensive" or "pre-emptive". Our Sovereignty was not violated and Iraq had not committed a crime. Since to this date there has been no action taken by any branch of Government to end this criminal activity in the face of an overwhelming will of "We the People" to bring about an swift end to the violence then it our nation that is an outlaw and we the people are responsible!
The reason we attacked another sovereign nation boils down to this:
"I am going to kill you because I am afraid you are going to kill me."
That is absurd, and when used as a justification for an offensive action against another sovereign nation that justification and crime it promulgated violates Our Contract.
The rights and lives of many of "We the People" are being violated along with other non-combatant sovereign human beings because our patriots in arms are forced to engage in an act of treason against the people and a crimes against humanity. I mean forced because to disobey was to end up in prison or shot as a deserter.
We cannot blame our government because in the case of such reckless action by our creation, the Republic, we the people are the guilty party responsible.
Our Judicial System has been unable or unwilling to perform their function to reign in a criminal branch of government, as is their obligation under contract those serving in the Judicial Branch they if they fail to act immediately are themselves guilty of treason.
Worse yet, because there has been such a flagrant disregard, by our public servants, for the will of the people and the duty by which they are bound, one can only reasonably and prudently conclude that we are no longer a nation of laws.
Our Government is in breach of contract and it now falls back on the "We the People" to compel Our public servants to the terms of the contract. We are now obligated, if action is not taken immediately, to act and exercise our inherent powers and rights to purge our government of traitors and enemies of the people.
A vigilante can only exist when reasonable remedies and recourse exist within the prevailing judicial system. Since those remedies obviously do not now exist in our Judicial System then the hanging in the street, of those traitors, is merely a lawful and rightful exercise of power and rights that "We the People" have retained all our natural lives. Any who place themselves as an obstacle to the lawful exercise of the power of "We the People" are themselves traitors.
We are all Kings and Queens. Any man who would steal from the King would suffer the worst kind of punishment. The perpetrator when caught was, if they were lucky, simply killed outright, if not, it would take a long time to be removed from the playing field. What penalty befits the one who kills a King?
"We the People" are the power, in this Our Sovereign Nation, and our Government will obey!
Chief Justice John Roberts, if you don't immediately convene a war crimes tribunal to dispatch these criminals running rampant in our government then you are traitor. I don't need to remind you that "We the People" have the power to force you to terms of your contract. I have faith that you will do the right thing. If by chance, you fail or choose to do otherwise, after you end up at the end of a rope, then I will take great pleasure pissing on your grave!
