Our Military Strengths
We The True Citizens Of The Direct Democracy Republic Of America, through Our Three Houses Of Congress and The Peoples Support System, have the responsibility to raise and support national military forces, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than three Years;
It is also Our Responsibility To make Standards and Rules for the Government and Regulation of the Land, Air and Naval Forces (including State Guard Units, Well Regulated Militia, "Private" Security Forces used by corporations) and, perhaps, an American Foreign Legion that utilizes Individual Citizen agressions for International Intervention Work and United Nations Humanitarian Assistance.
These rules to include the abolishment of nuclear weapons chemical weapons and bio-logical weapons.
Item Twenty-Four
In keeping and cooperation with United Nations Peace Resolutions, the development of nuclear power and weapons in the world is deemed an act of war and a threat to American Sovereignty and Security. Our Nation must make every effort, peaceful and militaristic, to eradicate the proliferation of nuclear power and weapons on Our Planet.
In cooperation with the United Nations and Our True Allies, We must seek out, destroy, or peacefully dismantle, ALL nuclear facilities on Our Planet. Let war waging nations beware!
Item Twenty-Five
No more will chemical or biological weapons will be developed, or used. They too will be sought out and destroyed. These weapons are an abomination and perversion of Nature and therefore "Immoral In The Extreme".
Item Twenty-Six
To provide for calling forth the Militia and other military units, to execute the Laws of the Government of the Direct Democracy United States Of America, suppress "Non-Democratic, Harmful, Unjust and Unlawful Insurrections" and repel Invasions by foreign "powers".
(An "Unjust and Unlawful Insurrection" is one designed and initiated by a minority class, or segment, of the American Populace against the Direct Democracy Majority Will Of The People Of Our Nation, for the purpose of usurping that Will and replacing it with some form of tyranny.)
Item Twenty-Seven
To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the State Militias, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the Direct Democracy Of The United States Of America, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline and structure prescribed by the Three Houses Of Congress
("Militia" is recognized or defined as primarily a state oriented and implemented organization. "National Guard" is military units of the Nation, stationed in the states, intended as reserves to augment "regular" national military forces, and/or the State Militias.)
