Message Jesselyn Radack

I am the only one indicted from the original Justice Department multi-year, multi-million dollar criminal national security investigation seeking the sources for the December 2005 New York Times article written by Eric Lichtblau and James Risen revealing publicly for the first time the unlawful warrantless wiretapping program.

Kiriakou is the only one indicted to date for revealing the use of torture as a state sponsored instrument of our foreign policy for dealing with our enemies.

And so once again the the government criminalizes the 1st Amendment protected exposure and disclosure of government wrongdoing, while letting those who committed the wrongdoing get off free.

I fully support John Kiriakou and firmly believe he is an innocent man who has been maliciously and selectively targeted by the government to send a message - speak truth to power in public and reveal what we wish to conceal and we will hammer you hard.

Here is a link to John Kiriakou's Legal Defense Fund website.
