As the metaphilosophy coalesced into focus I found the words to express the concept, the title to the book. There wasn't one moment where I had an epiphany of sorts, but rather several when mathematical and spiritual concepts left me stunned. I still occasionally encounter new powerful ideas reflective of the matrix of four. The concept is mathematical, but goes beyond the numerical comparative. For instance after coming up the title for the metaphilosophy I was shown the concept behind what is basically the oldest symbol on Earth. When I learned about the four parts of Om, I felt some of the most immense and intense of what I have come to call shivers of signification. Om has four base parts in its sound and symbolism. I knew then with certainty that the idea was not mine, but rather an ancient and perhaps eternal idea, a matrix onto itself, a metaphilosophy I had simply recognized.
Every time I learned a new way to utilize the matrix or another way it had been utilized before, I experienced the shivers of signification. The matrix of four, the philosophy of the duality of polarity is metaphilosophy. It is based on absolutes and yet as metaphilosophy, it is not an absolute in itself. It cannot be. Ultimately this is not a flaw, for the philosophies and doctrines presented as absolute truth or absolute infallible plan, have consistently been the most flawed and most dangerous ideas to ever be put forth.
Metaphilosophy has to be applicable to everything from meditation, or individual consciousness, to consideration of politics, or mass consciousness, a mirror reflecting the inner and outer world, joining object and subject. It should be based on absolutes and yet in order to remain unflawed, metaphilosophy must have what some might consider one flaw, that it not be a rigid absolute. Valid metaphilosophy is like American Indian rug, bowl and basket weaving patterns. Each design is perfect, except for one purposefully included skip in the pattern, so as to give the design freedom.
With each shiver of signification the metaphilosophy became clearer and expanded. So many absolutes were composed of it and so much theosophy celebrated it that I realized the idea could not be my own. I noticed it, I elaborated and focused on different aspects of it, but the idea is ancient and is not my own. I am just a transmitter of the idea, of a mandala or the mandala, a topic at times resembling an elusive and rumored golden correlative. The concept is so widely shared I quickly found validation of the idiots, zealots, elitists and patriots set, and eventually, more importantly, found the metaphilosophy, the omnipresence of which ultimately illustrates the brotherhood of man, the righteous rebel, nullisis and contributes to enhanced awareness.
The presence of the metaphilosophy is so overwhelming that it is impossible to deny its existence and influence. The matrix of four is bigger than a mere conjured idea, or numerological abstract celebrated among diverse cultures and myself. It may be beyond a human idea, rather something we noticed, being at the basis of so many objects and subjects, including absolutes. Some of those who pondered it before, like Gandhi, Orwell, Herman Hesse, Carl Jung, Socrates and countless others were probably acutely aware of it, others might have been simply under its influence, while many might have actively tried to keep it hidden for one reason or another. The metaphilosophy is rooted in science, mathematics, philosophy, theology and is not a numerical conjuration, but a metaphysical recognition.
This metaphilosophy elevates individual consciousness and inspires collective peaceful brotherhood. Consciousness is simply the awareness of awareness. And though for most analytical purposes it is intangible, consciousness has been proven to have real effects on the outcome of scientific experiments. It is scientifically validated that our consciousness somehow influences light particles and waves outside of us --without trying. It is also commonly understood that our consciousness can instigate healing inside of us. The notion of the placebo effect acknowledges the power of consciousness to gain relief and spur healing through meditative imagination. It's spiritually accepted and scientifically validated that we can change ourselves as well as circumstances outside of ourselves through the power of our consciousness. Consciousness is everywhere, comparable to gravity in its reach, intangibility and unwavering power.
The matrix of four, the philosophy of the duality of polarity began for me with the idea of idiots, zealots, elitists and patriots. I believe understanding how we react to new information can enhance the awareness of our consciousness. As a metaphilosophy it begins with and is based on some of the most poignant and inarguable absolutes in the universe. It is based on four all-encompassing absolutes, a very primal set of four, each reflective of or made up of a matrix of four on its own, each birthing and birthed from the same matrix. The four primal absolutes are used as the basis for the matrix of four, but in fact numerous related absolutes are intertwined with each aspect of this matrix of four.
The primal set of four makes up the basic aspects of reality, each composed of an absolute in the form of or forming a matrix of four. The idea of mind/body/spirit reflects a trinity lacking the fourth part, the universe, the natural setting of Earth. The four aspects of reality are the natural/universal, the mental/scientific, the physical/biological and the spiritual. The matrix of four, the philosophy of the duality of polarity is based on natural, mental, physical and spiritual absolutes comparable to the trinity of mind, body, spirit, only with the lacking fourth part included. The spiritual absolute of the matrix of four, related to consciousness, is the distinct one of the four in that it has not been scientifically or analytically validated, but is based on ideas so ancient that it's comparably inarguable as much as the scientific observations.
The matrix of four, the philosophy of the duality of polarity is metaphilosophy based on multiple inarguable absolutes, like two plus two equals four and more. It is applicable and helpful, but it in and of itself, it is not an absolute. All philosophy of merit has at least one absolute at its basis and yet no philosophy is absolute, no matter if otherwise presented.
There are very few absolutes in the universe and the matrix of four is based on four of the most primal absolutes of the highest order. The four absolutes at the basis consist of two primary sets, the universal/natural and mathematical/mental absolutes and a secondary set. The matrix of four is based on absolutes, but this is no absolutist manifesto, and one should never trust a philosophy presenting itself as an absolute for even the following metaphilosophy based on four of the most primal absolutes of all existence is not an absolute in and of itself.
The matrix of four, the philosophy of the duality of polarity is useful in understanding meditation and political situations, the individual and the collective. It enables understanding of the connection between the macrocosm and the microcosm, the inner and outer worlds. It links science with spirituality, mathematics with the symbolic, and it transforms diversity into commonality. It is useful in honing one's communication skills, one's intuitive capability, observation skills and in expanding one's perspective on everything from quiet breathing to the ruckus of globalized politics.
The matrix of four, the philosophy of the duality of polarity is a highly elusive and yet totally ubiquitous, frequently suggested, now clarified metaphilosophy that proves the brotherhood of man and at the same time presents a way of thinking to uplift the brotherhood of man. The formula can be used for social and political problem solving, like arithmetic is used for mathematical problem solving. In fact, the matrix of four is born from the same womb as the four operations of arithmetic at the basis of all mathematics.
The first absolute is a result of perhaps the most constant absolute across the entire universe. All absolutes are arguable spare an elect few. And the matrix of four, the philosophy of the duality of polarity begins in the most primal and inarguable of absolutes. All things are in flux and even the stars are finite making absolutes rare. Any yet some things are the same here as they are everywhere else in the dynamic and dramatic universe, now and X billion years ago.
All of mathematics, in its infinite complexity, is based on the four operations of arithmetic. This set of four, of two contrasting pairs of opposing operations is exactly depicting the matrix of four, the philosophy of the duality of polarity. Arithmetic exists completely in the mind, a mental intangible, yet it is still represents invaluable absolutes. There is addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in duality of polarity. All further mathematical formulas are simply different combinations and variations of the four operations of arithmetic. Mathematics is the most reliable and valuable subject in the universe and is based on two pairs of contrasting operations, the duality of polarity.
