This article has always been a potential within me since the beginning of time. Time is simply the arising of events from timelessness, which relates to what physicist David Bohm refers to as the Unmanifest Implicate Order.
This writing was always in potential and its unfolding was due to seminal influences.
The Bible confronts the noun-based ideal by saying that one should not worship idols. By idols they mean a noun based God. So, what do we do? We create a god that is a noun. This is made evident in the asking, "do you believe in god, or not?"
To believe in a god or not to believe in a god is a moot point. This is how I read Eckhart when he says we need to let go of god for the sake of God.
It's the same thing in the goddess religions. Often, a goddess driven belief system sees the goddess as a thing, a persona existing in the sky or on the earth. This belief is as erroneous as the Christian ideal of a literal man in the sky or in heaven.
Do we believe in God or not? The question in its proper form is "do we realize the Way in which all are created?" That Way is intercourse. Thus the Sun's rays shine upon the Earth while sparking a seed into becoming a flower.
It is interesting, in the development of my thesis, that heaven is derived from the same root of Eve's name, Heave. Where's God? He's in Heaven. Thus during intercourse a man and a woman are likely to cry out, "Oh my God!" during orgasmic ecstasy. This is why God is eternally in Heaven. God is always exclaiming "YES!" Behold, it is very good!
This crying out "Oh my God" speaks to the deep sense of connection inherent in making love. In that unity, one sees God. Thus it is said, "God is Love." God is always making love because God is Love. In love God expresses His/Her Self. Love is the bringing together of opposites. A mom nursing her baby is making love. The opposites in this situation are infant and parent, reunified as one. To me, this is a metaphor, a sacrament of our relationship to God.
In the science of infant study, it is known that baby and mother are seen as not two. The baby sees his mom as his self. It is for this very reason that Christ admires a nursing mom and says, "be like him" i.e., the infant.
Making love is not meant only in a conventional sense, i.e., physical sex. Making love is an embrace of all. It is a birthing of love. Thus, the Virgin (i.e., an empty mind void of conditioning) fosters the birth of Christ. It is by Love that She is impregnated.
In the process of sexual conception, it should be noted that a baby girl developing en utero has all the eggs in her ovaries that she shall take into adulthood. The beginning of menstruation is a letting go of the egg's potential to become a human being. However, if the egg is at the right point in the woman's cycle, having intercourse with a man is more likely to generate a conception.
The cosmic rule to this is that change, a new birth, is not going to happen unless there is a state of readiness. Conception is determined by the readiness of the egg to be fertilized. It must be at a particular point where it is vulnerable to the entrance of a sperm. Thus, the Hindu Rig Veda states: "Desire came upon That One in the beginning." That One is the unified world of what is often called the Unmanifest. Desire is thus foundational to the conception of a new world upon letting go of the old.
The Unmanifest is the universe in potential. Thus, physicist David Bohm states our world is anchored in an "Unmanifest Implicate Order." This order contains the eggs of all-potentials. This article has always existed within me as a potential. It is the seminal inputs of other writers and my observations of how life appears to work that creates this writing.
I also needed to be at a particular state to allow for this article to come forth from within me. Thus a woman can only be impregnated when she is at a particular point in time of her menstrual cycle. In a more generalized reflection of this in regards to changing our world, we have to be ready for change for change to occur.
Is humanity ready for a new evolution? We certainly hope, pray, and intend so. We must ready ourselves to give birth to a creature ready, willing, and able to co-operate with heaven and earth that generate and sustain us.
Likewise, change in the human condition will only happen when folks are ready for it. I'm hoping this article will help foster that readiness in some of the readers. In others, I hope it sparks a deeply voiced orgasmic "YES!" that gives birth to a different worldview.
