Such is the Gemini mind. Often misunderstood as our rational left brain, Gemini encompasses the whole brain which includes our imaginative right brain. That's why Geminis are usually of two minds--or maybe four. There's so much going on and Gemini seems to be picking up a lot of it. Everything sounds good. Gemini loves information, that's why it loves the Internet--so much useless and useful information to chew on. That's what frustrates people about President Obama. He can see so many sides to the issues. He has a Gemini Moon. I need say no more.
With Venus and Mercury still in Taurus, with Jupiter moving forward in Virgo and Pluto retrograding in Capricorn, the earth signs are resonating strongly in what we call a grand trine--an equilateral triangle. This perfectly balanced energy is available to really manifest what you're passionate about this year.
Remember, with Earth you need to go slow.
Remember, things take Time to grow, so cultivate patience as you nurture your new life into being.
Remember, it takes Intent to manifest a new life. So pay attention to it.
Remember, it takes Belief to use all the tools available to create this new world.
There
are many forms of communication which deepen our understanding of
life. Music, art, poetry, dance, story. These are the soulful
talents, The ARTS, by which Spirit speaks to us and to the community.
We might get personal messages from Spirit everyday in our meditations, and if we're awake and aware, we follow those instincts and intuitions. We act on them--being kinder, letting go of control of a situation or understanding the underlying emotion at the center of an argument. And sometimes we get messages that want to be communicated to others. This is when we turn to the arts to express the feeling of it. When we 'see', when we 'get the message', we often want and need to communicate what we've learned. We speak to our times when we actually share our Art.
That's why it is so important to get the Arts reinstated in all public schools. People need a form of creative expression to Know themselves and perhaps, if they're good 'seers', to share that information with their community and the world. So first manifest your art in some way. This will develop throughout the summer. As our new life takes hold, create something that symbolizes it. To anchor it into your life.
This is a protest song by Buffalo Springfield from the late 60s. Perhaps you know it. It's just as relevant today as it was in 1966. True Art is a creative expression that touches the soul, and it can change lives as well as the course of history. Western rock music broke through the Iron Curtain and the world changed.
"For What It's Worth"
There's something happening here
But what it is ain't exactly
clear
There's a man with a gun over there
Telling me I got
to beware
I think it's time we stop
Children, what's
that sound?
Everybody look - what's going down?
There's
battle lines being drawn
Nobody's right if everybody's
wrong
Young people speaking' their minds
Getting so much
resistance from behind
It's time we stop
Hey, what's
that sound?
Everybody look - what's going down?
What
a field day for the heat
A thousand people in the street
Singing
songs and carrying signs
Mostly saying, "hooray for our
side"
