Therefore, any woman who has mental health reasons for seeking an abortion, and is denied that option by the state, those mental health services shall be provided to her by the state free of charge for as long as she feels she needs those services.

Therefore, any woman who is advised to have an abortion due to inadequate reproductive organs, or due to congenital defects in the fetus, and is denied that option by the state, by virtue of that legal restriction, that woman will have full medical coverage provided, at state expense, for the duration of her pregnancy, and beyond if necessary to return her to full health.

The cost of complete medical coverage for her infant (if it survives) will also be borne by the state until that child turns 18 or beyond if the congenital defects are so severe as to require medical intervention throughout that child's adult life. All medical costs to be borne by the state.

If a woman who sought an abortion for any of the above medical reasons, is denied that option by the state, and miscarries at any time during the pregnancy, that woman will be compensated by the state for pain and suffering at the rate of $100,000 per month from the date the abortion was denied by the state until the date of the miscarriage.

If a woman dies as a result of a pregnancy that was forced upon her by the state law, the state will pay the family of that woman $1 million in compensation (adjusted for inflation).

Financial

The state that denies a woman access to an abortion, thereby forcing her against her will to carry a pregnancy to term, by that legislative action the state assumes all financial responsibility for the child that results. This will include monthly financial payments to the child's family at the rate of that state's statewide average income, beginning at the point the abortion is denied by the state and continuing until the child turns 18, adjustments to be made on an annual basis as the statewide average income changes.
