So what alternatives do we as a people have? Well my recommendation is to do what our very own government is doing throughout the world. Regime Change, it is very clear that this government we have is not working for the people and however we vote for their corporate controlled candidates will not change the current paradigm, the only choice is revolution.

Am I serious? I'm serious as a heart attack. The only thing that we must figure out is how we go about it. Nobody wants a violent revolution. We must do it the same way that the Egyptians did theirs.   Civil disobedience, persistent demonstrations and general strikes will force this government to its knees. When the government capitulates, we need to clear out the Senate, The House of Representatives, and the executive branch. We must hold a new Constitutional Convention from all the fifty states and put an interim President in place. Then we must rewrite our Constitution, saving the best of it and throwing out all the laws that have stripped it from its original intention. (The Patriot Act, The John Warner Defense Bill rider, The Military Commissions Act and the FISA Laws.)

This article and the propositions I put forth may not go over well with many of you, but put it aside. I can guarantee that before long you too will see that this is our only alternative. For those that don't know it, I spent almost 21 years in the U.S. Army. The fact is that I should be the last person to call for regime change in America. I live comfortably on my Social Security and Military pension. Still, even though my life is good, I abhor what our government is doing to its people, the people I gave 21 years of my life to. I hope you take what I wrote seriously. I'd hate to get the backlash that I may face and have no impact on anyone. Good luck, that's all I can say. If Americans finally admit that they have had enough, I'll be there in the fray.
