Delegates can quote another delegate in reply (click quote mark at bottom of comment) and then edit down to specific points. Editing a quote helps focus the comment and saves reading muscles.
Delegates do not need to engage in the nuts and bolts of amendment language; they just agree or disagree with it, and vote accordingly.
Because the 9th Amendment reserves our right to hold an online convention, so long as we are only discussing/proposing amendments to the Constitution we have, this is an actual Article V Convention.
