Georgia Et Al
Poor Indiana never gets recognized for anything except a raceway used by men in
promotion-laden gear. This law, however, puts Indiana squarely in the front of
the country's culture wars where it belongs. As many as twenty other states are
considering such laws, with Georgia being the most notable - notable because
the bill failed to pass a house committee. Now known as an RFRA (religious
Freedom Restoration Act), states are scurrying around trying to look not quite
as bigoted as Indiana, but still want to pander to their own interests like the
Family Research Council and The American Family Association. Bobby Jindal and
Ted Cruz (along with papa Rafael) are certainly behind such measures.
Good ole Indiana - lighting the way for discrimination!
