It's why the U.S. corporate controlled media is a disgrace in not reporting the full truth to the American people.
Ideally, one would like to sympathize with universities concerns of the cyber attacks against them. Yet consider; when the government of that countries universities is the primary law breaker in perpetrating cyber warfare (which of course that government refuses to acknowledge its culpability and the corporate media remains mum about) and the universities are also in bed with that government receiving millions in grants from the federal government to conduct research that helps foster the growth of the national security state, those universities are abetting the governments illegality, yet hide behind their ivy covered walls acting as innocents that have been wronged.
Sorry, but university complaints of cyber attacks against them fall on deaf ears here, knowing their complicity in abetting their government's illegal activities.
Sadly my alma mater, the University of Maryland appears to be a frontrunner in the cyber warfare game offering degrees in cyber security and IT technology (presumably training neophytes as future NSA cyber spooks). It makes one want to burn their degree in disgust.
