Will Trump do something like that? I don't know. But that is all it would take if your hero (or just potential hero) was actually someone who believed in some of what he said on the campaign trail. He could just as easily as that turn the whole anti-Trump production around in his favor by simply speaking the truth. I know he's not able to do it himself, but there are plenty of well-spoken experts who would be more than willing to be given that forum. That would be amazing and change the way the public perceives America, the media, and Washington. I don't think Trump is the guy who wants to do that. I think he is the guy who wants to be part of the establishment and said what he did during his campaign because he believed it would get him elected. I could be wrong, but time will tell. But I am not getting ready for the end of Babylon and the birth of the New Jerusalem utopia on Trump's watch. For some reason I don't think that is what Trump is all about. Still, the universe, or God or nature, moves in mysterious ways. Just the fact that Trump holds the highest office on earth should make us believe in that - if nothing else.
