Obama, with the BATFE, is stopping the sale in the U.S. of American-made World War II era M-1 Garand rifles and M-1 carbines, of historical interest and economical for use by the less than wealthy for hunting. According to Dudley Brown of NAGR, 300,000 Model 1911-.45 caliber hand-guns are also to be banned.
Laws are written for the benefit of the richest of the rich, totally in opposition to the concept of democracy and justice. The laws are sold to us and forced upon us because we liberals and progressives have bought corporate/ government promoted fear. The wealthiest of the wealthy want us to live in fear. Fear causes laws to be enacted against us all which have miniscule effects upon the very small minority of the people contributing to society's problems.
Murder is illegal. Still, regrettably, it happens. One hundred new laws, which only the average law-abiding Americans would obey, will not stop murders by the psychopaths any more than corporation-written laws will curb the greed of the psychopathic wealthiest of the wealthy. It is counter-productive for us to press for new laws designed to limit the rights of law-abiding citizens.
We must stop blindly accepting the deliberate lies of corporation dominated Federal and State agencies.
We must stop poking fingers in the eyes of law-abiding Americans who could be allies in the coming election, protecting and embracing the much-attacked U.S. Constitution and the Rights contained there. We must use our energies to defeat the plans of the greediest of the greedy: the gambling banks, mega-corporations, multi-millionaires and billionaires and the government power which they seize.
We must aid our law-abiding gun owners in defending all of our rights guaranteed by our U.S. Constitution.
