Where most people trip up is in waiting for their desires to manifest. We live in a three dimensional world, so it takes time for energy to manifest in our world--I call it time lag. Many become impatient and afraid that their dreams aren't coming true, which unfortunately, pushes them further away.

JB: I'd like to talk nuts and bolts here, Boni. I want our readers to have a very real sense of how they can put this to work on their behalf. How do we channel those desires of ours? Don't we have to zero in and define them first? Or can we just say "I want to be happy, healthy and well-off financially"? Who wouldn't want that?!
BL: Yes, you definitely have to define your desires first. But the thing that most people don't know, is you don't have to know what you want in order to manifest things that will make you happy. You do, however, have to know how you want to feel.
It's the emotion that creates, so if you know you want a loving partner, for instance, how do you want to feel once you have him or her? Loved? Excited? In love? Happy? Safe? Secure? In harmony? Playful? Peaceful? Supported? Probably all those feelings and more.
The universe knows exactly how to deliver your emotional order, so don't worry about how it will come or what it will look like. If you feel the emotions of your dream, it will handle the details.
Here are some sample intentions:
I intend to experience greater and greater levels of magic, fun, creativity, connectedness with the divine, peace, prosperity, abundance, safety, elegance, ease, health and healing, Divine grace, Divine guidance, joy, freedom, beauty, trust, wisdom and love.
I intend every minute I work to be filled with fun, creativity, excitement, abundance, prosperity, joy, service and positive surprises.
Physical Body Intentions:
I intend that my physical body is one hundred percent vital, healthy and filled with energy.
I intend to form a deeper and stronger bond on all levels with my unseen friends who support me in this lifetime.
As you write your intentions, pay attention to your thoughts and emotions, because remember, emotions create your reality. So if any of these seem improbable or too good to be true, that's a clue that you have a belief that needs to change before you can manifest that intention.
Many people have manifested wonderful things (jobs, money, love, etc.) simply by writing their intentions! But there are other steps to the "map".
Once you know what you want and you've written your intentions, the next step is to flow energy towards that desire. You can do a technique such as the One Minute Manifestor, or simply imagine how you will feel when you have what you want. The emotion of living your "dream come true" will actually draw the dream to you! But the techniques will only work if you aren't pushing it away with opposing energy.
By opposing energy, I mean an energy that isn't in alignment with your desire. Opposing energy shows up in emotions such as fear that the dream won't manifest, blaming others for what you're creating, self-pity, etc.
More often, the opposing energy that will stop your dream from manifesting is in the form of beliefs. Beliefs that say you can't have what you want, beliefs that say you don't deserve a life you love, beliefs that say it's not possible to create your reality. Beliefs like these will keep your life exactly as it is.
But beliefs can be changed!
