Martyanov is one of the very few analysts – always from different parts of Eurasia — who have warned about the danger of the U.S. “accidentally stumbling” into a war against Russia, China, or both which is impossible to be won conventionally, “let alone through the nightmare of a global nuclear catastrophe.”

Is that enough to instill at least a modicum of sense into those who lord over that massive cash cow, the industrial-military-security complex? Don’t count on it.

With profits being our number 1 goal Russia, and China, are moving ahead in developing weapons that actually protect and win wars.

Meanwhile, we continue to bloat our defense budget and receive planes that fall out of the sky and aircraft carriers that can't move payloads up from the lower levels as the elevators don't work. But feel-good as the Pentagon has more unaccounted funds than most nations' total defense budget.

We're #1 in wasting tax dollars on our defense, yet have little to show for it. In fact, our defense was completely invisible on 9/11. Or perhaps that was the intent.

Escobar knows his stuff.

I imagine all this is moving according to plan (the very long plan). But this time it will be us.

Well, we've had it coming for a long time. Sad to say; also scary.

I imagine that's according to plan, too.

And so the grand chess game continues. Hopefully the Pentagon analysts will prevail. The PIMMPS' (political industrial monetary military power structure) best current strategy is to maintain the fiction of US superiority while pointing out Russian and Chinese developments as a threat thereby insuring a massive revenue stream. That is not certain. Remember that NAZI generals tried to convince Hitler to not invade the USSR after they witnessed Soviet tank superiority. They were executed.

I moved to the Southern Hemisphere to provide a haven for my family from this insanity. The characterization of the nuclear powered Petrel as "revenge" missile to target those elites that start a real war and have taken refuge in the Southern Hemisphere was revelatory of the thinking that is going on at the highest levels.

I find it amusing that Kubrick's "Dr. Strangelove" has informed the current chess game. There is no secret Doomsday Machine. Putin and Xi are very open about most of their capabilities. Thank you Pepe for continuing to keep us informed.
