[Glenn Greenwald] sat down with Gabbard in Washington late last week to discuss a wide range of issues, including the reasons she is running for president, her views on President Donald Trump’s electoral appeal and what is necessary to defeat it, the rise of right-wing populism internationally, the Trump-Russia investigation, criticisms she has received regarding her views of Islam and certain repressive leaders, and her unique foreign policy viewpoints.

I had been trying to get to posting this. Thanks, David for getting it out there. We should all be active echo chambers for Tulsi. This brilliant, penetrating interview of a presidential candidate is the most important one I have seen. Ever. Glenn is prepared as usual. Tulsi emanates competence, calmness, sanity, awareness, and caring, along with an unwavering commitment to service over self. There are a few points of concern, such as apparent unawareness of 9/11 and a few others, but in the context of being a serious presidential candidate, trying to unite the nation, she unfailingly says the right things without hesitation, imho. I encourage you to spend 30 minutes watching this, or at a minimum hop through the interview.

(This comment was supposed to be five paragraphs, sorry if that doesn't happen, due to unknown glitches.)

Best candidate by far and Greenwald is an excellent interviewer.

I do wish she'd consider that the war on terror is not legitimate. Terrorism is, and has always been a tactic. Labeling groups as terrorists such as Hamas, Hezbollah and now Iran's Revolutionary Guard sanctifies military interventions on sovereign nations. These are national militias.

I'd like to hear more follow up on this issue in a future interview. This is all the more important because she is so willing to speak truth about US foreign policy/behavior (and is paying the price by muted MSM coverage and thus low poll

numbers). What does she have to lose?

My guess is that she understands this, but this is not the best time for her to be talking about it. May be wishful thinking, but even if so I can only imagine her getting to the bottom of things sooner than later as Commander in Chief. She has noted that we create terrorist groups and advocates dialogue with perceived enemies. She points to two specific fanatic Muslim groups here that do appear to have nothing to do with our actions generally.

The fact she is being silenced by the Presstitute Media Propagandists and the DNC is living proof the establishment is scared of her and then is reason enough for me to learn all I can about her. What I have learned is she appears to be the most diplomatic of all the candidates running and would make all of us proud to have her become the first woman President. She is the only candidate who is constantly smeared as her views do not coincide with the establishment's. Imagine her belief that monies ought to be spent in improving the United States and improving quality of life for our citizens as opposed to paying for bombs and killings of not only our youth but those of other sovereign nations throughout the World. Imagine diplomacy through understanding and cooperation as opposed to starving innocent people, destroying the economies of sovereign nations, and saber rattling.

IMHO if we have a hope of saving of only the United States, but the World we need to get behind someone like Tulsi Gabbard

Agree that she is by far the best candidate. She is smeared or disappeared because she has touched the very essence of US imperial empire. This apparently is more dangerous than "socialism" to the power elite.

Neocons run foreign policy in both parties. US foreign policy was hatched during the Truman administration and continued unabatted to the present. The world is run by roughly 12 fund management firms worth over $41 trillion.

Trump, love him/hate him, is nothing but a front for power.

I'd like to see Tulsi join forces with Andrew Yang. The two of them would be a potent ticket. Either would be better than any Democrat I've seen throw a hat in the ring lately.
