The stay was issued by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, which said it needed more time to consider an appeal by Michiganà ‚¬ „ s attorney general of Fridayà ‚¬ „ s annulment of the marriage ban by Judge Bernard A.
