Donald Trump continues to staff up his campaign for the general election, announcing Friday that he has hired veteran GOP pollster and strategist Kellyanne Conway, who joins the team fresh off a stretch working for a super PAC that supported Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and was highly critical of Trump. Trump also announced that Karen Giorno is moving up the ranks and joining the national campaign team as a senior political adviser. Giorno has risen through the campaign's hierarchy in recent months; she started as Trump’s Florida director and was later promoted to take charge of 10 Southeastern states. Trump's moves will add two experienced women to a senior team that has been predominately male.
