Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said that Russia is already meddling in America's 2018 midterm elections, and that the US is not necessarily better prepared to deal with the Moscow's influence than it was in 2016. The US intelligence community unanimously says that the Kremlin hacked, distributed leaked information, and waged a considerable media campaign to influence the 2016 presidential election in favor of President Donald Trump, and Tillerson told Fox News there's not much the US can do to stop them the next time around. "I don't know that I would say we are better prepared, because the Russians will adapt as well," Tillerson said.
