Airlines, banking, healthcare, pharma, agriculture, telecom and tech – in industry after industry, monopolies, duopolies, and oligopolies  call all of the shots –exerting alarming control over markets.When those giants kill off competition, prices go up, quality goes down, and jobs are eliminated.'
