Plastic is a huge problem for everyone on Earth right now. Our oceans are full of it, and although we're working on ways to minimise our usage, by 2050 there’s predicted to be more plastic than fish in our oceans.  

But scientists have managed to develop a strain of fungus that can gobble up plastic, and when it's done, we can polish it off for dinner. So cool!
