This is the East German Police ID (KGB spy) of Dresden that was found a few years ago. 

The video clip on Putin is worth watching. This article is the best I could do at this time, he is the kind of Genius person that one hopes not to ever run to. A lot of important people call him Crazy and some other choice words, Although, his attack on Ukraine was a bad decision. One is not entitled to the title of "crazy", until there is enough information about his past to prove that.
