The Pennsylvania GOP has challenged the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s ruling again, citing that the court’s ruling is at odds with the U.S. Constitution.
By the time you read this, the Supreme Court may have decided to revisit a 4-4 decision reached Monday that allowed Pennsylvania to count ALL votes until Friday. Trump currently leads by 13% but critical democratic-leaning districts in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh are uncounted, and may never be if the newly repopulated supreme court decides to cut the counting short, as it did in Bush v. Gore in 2000, which newly appointed Justice Barret also worked on, for the prevailing Bush camp.
