Well this second decision released to the public keeps feathered hope alive that millions of citizens may be less scared to fill out census forms. How many? And how can we encourage them, given ICE-Y house calls that vilify the basic principles of democracy and capsize Lady Liberty? Let's hope the lower courts make the right decision and that activism follows up to help create as accurate a 2020 Census as possible!
