Stored Butane to be Relocated Away from Bayou Sinkhole Site

In the continuing events at the sudden sinkhole in Bayou Corne, Louisiana, Crosstex Energy LP of Dallas plans to begin shifting liquid butane from one underground storage cavern to another on Tuesday. Because of concerns, the flammable product will be relocated 1,000 feet farther away from the sinkhole that appeared in northern Assumption Parish, company officials said.
