Kim Yo-jong, the younger sister of North Korea's leader Kim Jong-un, carried a file that observers speculate contains a letter from her brother, into her meeting with President Moon Jae-in at Cheong Wa Dae...

Kim later held the file, blue in color with a gold seal in the middle, with two hands

The file was thin and looked as if it contained containing a sheet or two of paper.

The fact that Kim's sister carried it rather than Kim Yong-nam, leader of the delegation, increased the possibility that it was a letter from the North Korean leader.
