The people of Bangladesh didn't used to be evil. Since the 'democratic transition', they have changed. These poems highlight violence in democratic Bangladesh. According to Philip Zimbardo's book The Lucifer Effect: Understanding How Good People Turn Evil, situations transform innocent people into wicked human beings.
