The Democratic senator didn't hold back. After reading the FBI's report on its background investigation into the sexual assault and misconduct allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) fiercely denounced the bureau's work. "If that's an investigation, that's a bullshit investigation."
