- spiritual or religious,
- someone who enjoys learning,
- socially competent,
- believes in self/has self-esteem.
- employer/family/other support,
- challenges and difficulties are at manageable level,
- environment is calm,
- is given a high degree of autonomy,
- is trusted as competent.
