Air force secretary Deborah James says recent actions by Russia are ‘worrisome’.

Does this have anything to do with the referendum in Greece?  Or is it that the U.S. military industrial complex needs more orders for heavy weapons?

James does not explain in the article exactly what the 'Russian actions' are that are so worrisome and the accompanying picture is of Russian tanks inside their own border---well where else are Russian tanks supposed to be and allowed?

The terrorists from Kiev have been attacking civilians relentlessly so this must mean it is near the end of the Minsk Agreement.
