Protest the rendition of former Guantanamo prisoner to Russia Thursday, July 22

The United Arab Emirates is preparing to send a former Guantanamo prisoner released to it back to his home country, Russia, where he likely will be imprisoned or killed, as ex-prisoners previously sent to Russia have been.  A protest is planned tomorrow, July 22, at the UAE Embassy in DC. Please join. The event is co-sponsored by CodePink, Defending Rights and Dissent, Justice for Muslims Collective, No More Guantanamos, and Witness Against Torture.
