BEFORE THE PRESIDENTIAL DEBATES,  BATs. presents Journey for Justice  in Long Is. NY  in a day of events  which endeavors  to inform the public about the real issues,  leading to the  demand that our  PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES,  TELL US WHAT THEY WILL DO FOR OUR NATION'S SCHOOLS! HOW will their POLICIES  support  the CORE  of our public schools, THE TEACHER-PRACTITIONER  whose professional knowledge,   personal talent and dedication MAKE LEARNING HAPPEN. The candidates need to meet with J4J representatives. If you care about Public Education and are astonished by the privatization of our schools -- which has been disguised as 'reform' but has ended our INSTITUTION OF PUBLIC EDUCATION -- consider how CRUCIAL your grassroots support is. IF you are on LI please join and support this amazing grassroots organization.  Here is the event flyer with information.
