As soon as Trump gets on the helicopter and does a Nixonian farewell wave to his staff the neocons will be taking up positions in the Pence administration

If you think the infestation of neocons within the Trump administration is worrisome just wait until the president is impeached and Mike Pence takes the throne.

If the Stable and Wise Genius is deposed, Pence will open the floodgates and in will rush in the neocons. It will be completely retro - harking back to the days of Bush the Lesser and his cabal of Israel-first neocons.

Yes, the "Party Before Country" - both Parties, Democrat and Republican 'put their Party first' when it comes to 'impeaching' their own Party president - they won't support it even if warranted (e.g., Republican Senate Leader McConnell already 'on the record' against 'impeaching Trump' even before an Article of Impeachment was drafted and approved by the House Democrats and sent over to the Senate for trial) The Democrat majority in the House will not be voting on Trump's 'impeachment' unless the House Speaker Nancy Pelosi 'gives the ok' but so far she has 'refused to impeach' two Republican presidents. As 'election fever heats up' in 2019/2020, Pelosi may decide to simply 'run out the clock' to the next election with her incessant 'impeachment inquiries' and the Democrat minority in the Senate, led by Schumer, will be taking 'a sigh of relief' with no 'impeachment trial' of Trump on their agenda anytime soon. #PoliticalRisk.
