Portugal Prepares to Become Major Cannabis Exporter

Portugal's warm weather makes it well suited to growing cannabis.  It has a progressive government that has decriminalised all drugs and legalised medical marijuana, which is very affordable as it is subsidised by the public healthcare system.  Portugal's government has licensed to growers of cannabis, and also exports.
